ANY WRITTEN AGREEMENTS BETWEEN YOU, THE USER, AND TRAVEL LEADERS GROUP, LLC (TLG) ("WE or US"), INCLUDING ANY NON-DISCLSOURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS, ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN ANY PROVISIONS IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE PROVISIONS IN ANY WRITTEN AGREEMENTS BETWEEN YOU AND TRAVEL LEADERS GROUP, LLC, THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT WILL CONTROL. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED? User Profile Information in your profile will contain only that information which you voluntarily supply to Us. Information in the Profile includes, but is not limited to, name, user type, contact name(s), contact number(s), organization size and characteristics, account name(s) and names of authorized users ("Profile Information). Traveler Data If you book travel products or services for other travelers ("Third Parties") through the PinSIGHT website ("Site") you must make sure that you have the right to do so. Any information, recorded in any form, about an identified individual, or an individual whose identity may be inferred from the information will be treated as ("Personal Information"). This includes, for example, name, e-mail and mailing address, telephone number, billing and account information and other information incidental to providing products or services. By providing the Personal Information of a traveler, you represent that you have all necessary authority and/or have obtained all necessary consents from such person to enable us to collect, use and disclose his or her Personal Information as setforth in this Privacy Policy.
Use of Cookies:
We use cookies to identify your computer and maintain communications during your login session. Use of the Site requires that you accept cookies. Cookies are deleted when the browser is closed. The system does not store any personal information in the cookie. Cookies must be enabled in order to access the application. This is the only way that we can identify You as a user and verify that You have authorization to access the tool. While cookies do not personally identify the user, they do allow You to advance through the application without having to type your login name and password through each module.
HOW WILL THE INFORMATION BE USED AND DISCLOSED?
Any information that you input, download, submit, post or otherwise provide to Us will be used only for internal purposes. Internal uses of the information include, but are not limited to, travel package formation, internal reports, monitoring user activity and compilation of performance reports. Performance reports may contain aggregate information on package combinations with other users, but they will not reveal the individual performance of others or your performance relative to others. When you Book products or services for a Third Party. When you book products or services for a third party using your account, we will collect Personal Information about the traveler, including that third party's name and contact information, and other information as required by the travel service provider(s), We will disclose that information to travel providers so that we can complete the booking. For example we will send traveler data to airlines, car rental, hotel, ground transportation, theater, attraction or travel insurance, or provide them with other Personal Information needed to make and complete the booking or reservation. Again, when booking on behalf of third parties You must make sure that you have the right to do so. We may also use certain types of information about our users to improve our marketing efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our site's content, layout and services. We may hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market research surveys
and will provide information to these third parties specifically for this purpose. If we do, the information will be protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely in connection with the specific project.
SECURITY:
All information you provide to Us will be transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This functionality may not be supported in the beta or testing process. All information collected is encrypted and stored in a separate, secure database protected by firewalls and access control lists.
CHANGES IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. If there are material changes to this statement or any modifications in how we will use information, we will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. LEGAL OBLIGATIONS In addition to the circumstances described above, please note that there are circumstances where the use or disclosure of Profile Information or Personal Information may be justified or permitted, or where We may be obligated to disclose information without consent.
Such circumstances may include: If required to comply with a subpoena or warrant issued or an order made by a court, person or body with jurisdiction to compel the production of information or to comply with the rules or court relating to the production of records. If we receive a formal request to disclose your Profile Information or Personal Information in connection with a legal action, we will attempt to contact you about it, if permitted by law, via the e-mail address you provided during registration, before we respond to that request. If we believe in good faith that a law, regulation, rule or guideline requires it. To a person who needs the information because of an emergency that threatens the life, health or security of an identifiable person or group. Where it is necessary to collect monies owing to us. National Security In order to protect national security and to ensure travel security, the United States Government and other governments may request access to passenger name records, which typically includes name, flight origin, flight destination, flight time, duration of flight, seat location, travel agent, form of payment, credit card numbers, travel itinerary, address, telephone number and meal requests. In response to such request, We and/or our providers will give access to all the information provided at the time of making the reservation to the applicable government agencies of the countries to or from which the travel relates.

Cancellations and Rules & Restrictions:
The following program rules and restrictions constitute terms and conditions ("Rules and Restrictions") that apply to the products and services made available through PinSIGHT, a service of Travel Leaders Group, LLC or its subsidiaries (TLG). These Rules and Restrictions are in addition to all other applicable tariffs, contracts of carriage, rules, regulations, policies, terms and conditions (including Warsaw Convention notices) and are subject to change without notice. PinSIGHT All products and services made available through PinSIGHT are being sold to you directly by the supplier of those products and services ("Supplier") and not PinSIGHT. A Supplier is an airline, hotel, car rental company, entertainment venue, tour company, restaurant, or other provider of products or services.
In addition to Rules and Restrictions your reservations are also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Suppliers. Any claims that you may have with regard to the products and services reserved through PinSIGHT must be addressed to the Supplier and not TLG. You expressly release TLG from any and all liability for, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected to, any products or services reserved through PinSIGHT. A fee may be incorporated in the total price of your reservation for arranging, facilitating and processing your reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by the Supplier, including, but not limited to, observation of check-in/check-out times and compliance with all rules and restrictions related to fares, products, or services. Depending on the individual Supplier, frequent traveler points may or may not be available for products and services made available through PinSIGHT. PinSIGHT Rates and Availability PinSIGHT rates, information, and taxes are subject to change without notice. PRICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL, AND YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL MESSAGE THAT THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED. Exclusions and Additional Charges Unless otherwise expressly listed, the rates on PinSIGHT do not include items such as meals, shows, tours, gratuities, telephone calls, cribs, rollaway beds, infant car seats, liquor, laundry, guest incidentals at hotel or other items of a personal nature not otherwise specified in the quoted rates. Rates may also exclude some fees and surcharges such as resort fees and energy surcharges. Payment Payment in full must be made with a valid credit card at the time of booking. You authorize PinSIGHT to charge the credit card that you provide for the total amount of the reservation including fees, taxes, shipping/handling and other charges and surcharges. Traveler may be required by the Supplier to present a credit card at the time of check-in, rental, or pick up to provide confirmation of authorized card use or to secure any additional charges. The cardholder must be a traveler listed on the reservation. Discounts and Promotions Except for promotions specifically offered for or by PinSIGHT, no other promotional discounts, upgrades, vouchers, coupons, frequent traveler awards, gift certificates or other discounts or special offers apply to products or services made available through PinSIGHT.
Cancellations and Changes Hotel:
Hotel property amenities are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the hotel. Hotel photos are representative only and do not necessarily depict the actual room in which guests will be accommodated. Minimum age restrictions may apply for check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check-in at a Las Vegas hotel. To check into a hotel, there must be at least 1 adult over the age of 18 per room, except where state law provides otherwise. Possible Changes in Service If the Supplier notifies us of changes in the scheduled service, we will use our good faith efforts to notify you. If a change in the service occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled flight, hotel, or car reservation, we will use our good faith efforts to notify you and/or the customer of the changes by phone. Notification of changes occurring more than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation will be by e-mail. TLG is not liable for any changes in the reservation that are beyond its control or are caused by, due to, or are attributable to the Supplier. Age Restriction Minors (as defined under the laws of their jurisdiction or residence) are not eligible to use PinSIGHT or reserve products or services made available through PinSIGHT. Suppliers are independent contractors, and not agents or employees of PinSIGHT.
By using PinSIGHT, you waive any claim against TLG, its parent and any of its affiliates or any of their officers, directors, agents, contractors or employees and expressly agree that neither TLG, its parent nor any of its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, agents, contractors or employees, shall be held liable for a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of defect, negligence, or other wrongful act of omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by any other transportation company, vendor, or Supplier; b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or changes in fares and rates; d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the reasonable control of TLG; and e) any claim of any nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation, services, or other features performed or occurring in connection with any product or service made available by TLG. Miscellaneous Rules and Restrictions are severable. If any provision of these Rules and Restrictions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable including, but not limited to, the disclaimers of warranties and liability set forth above, then the valid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Rules and Restrictions shall continue in effect. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. TLG may amend these Terms by posting new or amended terms on this website.
